What is the period of the Power Cars promotion?
The promotion period runs from March 2024 to February 2025.
How do I find out which stores are participating?
In the highlights on Instagram: @pixnapower.paraguay and @pixnapower.global, you can find all the participating stores.
What are the criteria to be eligible for the promotion?
Simply make a purchase of R$1000 or more, or the equivalent amount in dollars, to enter the competition.
Is the promotion cumulative?
No. Lucky numbers are generated for each purchase of R$1000.00 or voucher.
Example 1: A purchase of R$3000.00 generates only 1 (one) lucky number.
Example 2: Two purchases of R$1000.00 generate 2 (two) lucky numbers.
Example 3: A purchase of R$1000.00, another purchase of R$700.00, and another of R$350.00 generate 1 (one) lucky number. In other words, the values do not accumulate.
What are the periods of the promotion and the dates for announcing the results?
Do the chances of winning accumulate over the promotion periods, or is it only for each period?
Only for each period. For example, if the purchase was made on May 24th and the draw is on June 8th, for the next campaign, which runs from June 1st to August 30th, only participants who make purchases of at least R$1000.00 during that period will be eligible.
How do I find out my lucky numbers?
You will receive an email in the first week of the month following the purchase.
If the email with the lucky number hasn't been received after the designated period, what should I do?
Contact us at [email protected] and inform about the issue.
If I am the lucky winner, how will I be notified?
Within 10 (ten) calendar days after the drawing, the winning participant will be contacted to confirm their information and send documents to the promoter, and the prize will be delivered. Contacts will be made using the information provided by the participant during the registration for this promotion, preferably by phone. It is understood that the promoter shall not be responsible for incorrect, incomplete, and/or outdated registration details provided by the participant that may hinder their location.
What is the prize to be raffled?
The prize consists of 1 (one) debit card unit, without cash withdrawal function, worth R$ 75,000.00 (seventy-five thousand reais), with the suggestion of purchasing a Renault Kwid 2024/2025 model car, 1.0 engine, 4 doors, manual transmission.
